The honest version.

How long until I’m running paid traffic?

Most builds go live in three to six weeks from kickoff. VSL funnels move faster, webinar funnels take a touch longer because of the slide build. Challenge funnels run on a fixed timeline because of the live week.

How does the revenue share actually work?

You pay a build fee upfront. After launch, we take a percentage of the revenue the funnel generates for a defined period. Exact split and term get scoped on the call based on your offer and traffic. The structure is built to be fair to both sides when the funnel works.

Do you handle ad spend?

Ad management can be added to the engagement if you want one team running both the funnel and the traffic. If you already have a media buyer you trust, we’ll hand them creatives and tracking and stay coordinated.

What do you need from me?

Time. Roughly two to four hours a week during the build for interviews, voice samples, and approvals. After launch the operating load drops significantly.

Do you work with niches outside coaching?

Anything info-product or expertise-led: coaching, consulting, mastermind, course, agency, mentorship. If you sell time, knowledge, or access, we’re in the right zip code.

Is there an exclusivity clause?

We don’t take on competing offers in the same niche during an active engagement. That’s a fairness thing, not a contract trick.
